need help on a wj-5600 panasonic

Hello i just need help with the panasonic wj-5600 i been honest im a network admin and i helping my church on streaming video over ustream i have a computer runing win xp pro with a osprey card i need to know how i get the wj-5600 working and if any one got the manual i will buy it i did a reseach on line but i did not find the user manual i be more than thank you for your help please help
